The cornerstone of our approach is to provide training that is systematic and strategic. We invest a sum equivalent to 2.5% of our salary costs each year on training and development of our staff.
This covers basic skills training and apprenticeships, as well as nationally recognised qualifications from Masters degrees to National Vocational Qualifications, Higher National Diplomas and professional studies such as CIMA and CIPD.
We encourage cross-disciplinary training and development too, such as the Graduate Trainee Scheme, evidence of our belief that this provides more versatile employees.
